I have had approximately four 1.5 hr. massage and stretching sessions with Rebecca. Each appointment has shown increased benefits with my chronic pain and stiffness I live with. The massage appointment atmosphere is relaxing and Rebecca is very respectful and attentive when asking questions concerning some of the spinal conditions I have. I try to get in for a appointment monthly, but would benefit even more if my life/work schedule would allow more frequent visits. I have decades of experience with physical therapy and massages for various orthopedic issues. Rebecca is exceptional in all categories (stretching, massage, relaxing atmosphere and conversation).

Rebecca is fantastic! I have never had a massage before until I met Rebecca. I thought massages were just for girls. My neck was in so much pain, I couldn't find any comfortable position. I was in so much pain that I couldn't sleep. I felt like I needed a neurosurgeon bc this much pain couldn't be muscular. I was wrong. Rebecca did a isolated neck massage and stretching and I know it's amazing but I got to sleep that night and in the morning I could actually turn my head from side to side. It's not 100% cure in one session but my pain went from a 10 to a 3. I can't wait to see how much better it will get after my next massage. Thank you, Rebecca!!

I'm not one to shamelessly promote businesses online, so the fact that I'm sharing this business should give you pause!
I had the most amazing massage from Rebecca at Rustic Renewal located conveniently in Bel Air. She took the time to make sure she understood what ailed me (tight hips, glutes, and low back), discussed a therapeutic approach with appropriate pressure (strong!), and checked in on what was and wasn't working along the way. The environment was soothing with relaxing music and a heated table.
Needless to say, I'll be scheduling a follow-up massage soon!
